Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Administer litigation and non-litigation related matters with significant responsibility for acquiring information from various areas of the company and drafting documents based thereon;
Perform various clerical and administrative duties confidentially with considerable tact, integrity, judgment, and initiative;
Manage database and conduct internet searches;
Manage calendars, arrange and book travel;
Answer the phones and route calls and information received over phone to correct departmentcalendar and ensure appropriate responses;
Review incoming mail and route mail to correct departmentcalendar and ensure appropriate responses;
Independently handle and respond to requests/phone calls/emails and correspondence not requiring executive's attention;
Conduct internet research for various projects and cases;
Process invoices for payment and monitor budget;
Maintain state and federal permits for various matters;
Coordinate and answer customer complaints through various state, federal and independent agencies;
Purchase office supplies
Job/skill set requirements:
College degree in job related field or minimum of 5 years’ office experience required;
Strong organizational, detail and time management skills;
Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to independently compose effective letters/memos/emails and speak effectively;
Ability to work independently, demonstrate sound judgment and establish routine;
Ability to accurately deal with multiple tasks simultaneously;
Proficiency with Word and Excel and able to learn and work with other computer systems
High level of attendance is required as an essential function of this job;
Ability to work some Saturdays
