Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Sherwood, AR)
compensation: $15-17 an hour depending on skill set

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively handle bookkeeping for small business, schedule installations and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls,. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors .
Responsibilities
Utilize QuickBooks for A/R, A/P and report generation
Coordinate and organize office activities
Greet visitors at office and handle incoming phone calls
Coordinate scheduling for installations
Support Foreman in preparing proposals
Qualifications
Experience with QuickBooks
A history of at least 2 years of administrative and clerical work.
Employed by the same employer for a minimum of 1 year.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
Paid holidays. Vacations and semi annual bonuses, insurance not provided.
