Heavy-duty truck mechanics! Salmon Companies has an opening for a B-level trailer mechanic in our North Little Rock shop. We are looking for a motivated maintenance professional who works well with minimal supervision. You will likely be sent to work on trailers at the postal facility next to our shop, so being able to work independently and efficiently is a must. The schedule for this job is Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. Qualifications for these positions include:
2 to 4 years of heavy-duty truck repair experience (primarily trailer)
Have your own tools
Minimum 21 years old
Clean driving record with valid driver's license
Some computer skills (data entry)
Good communication skills
What Salmon has to offer you:
$1,000 annual tool allowance
Hourly pay - $16.50 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience and skill level
Weekly pay
1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment
