DescriptionLocal company in Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join their growing team This person will sit at the front desk and greet all incoming customers, conduct site visits for potential customers, perform all accounts receivable and collections job functions and other duties as assigned. Expertise in commercial collections
Strong familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Consumer collections experience
AA or BS/BA in Accounting preferred
2+ years of prior high volume collections experience
Experience using accounting software
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Ability to analyze customer accounts and make decisions based on those analyses
