Robert Half is currently looking for a Application Support Analyst in the Rogers, Arkansas area who is responsible, organized and a good communicator. In this role you will be responsible for SAP development and support of the SAP application. You will be supporting the users by answering questions and troubleshooting those problems. A portion of this role will be documenting the user process and keeping those records up to date as well as training those users on updates. Another major part of this position will be modifying and checking EDI transactions, ensuring EDI maps are reflecting any updated changes. Requirements:• H. S. Diploma a definite requirement for the position.• 2 + years SAP experience• 1+ year IT experience• Commitment to excellence and high standards• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines• Strong interpersonal skills.
