Summary: Industrial Service Manager is responsible for acquiring, planning, working, and supervising projects assigned. This includes but not limited to managing project managers, project management assistants, lead service craftsmen, craftsmen, materials, equipment, and subcontractors required in maintenance and equipment installations, general contractor subcontracts, factories, hospitals, etc. Industrial Service Manager is responsible for safety, client satisfaction, project quality, cost control, schedule adherence, and working as a team with office and other craftsmen personnel. Industrial Service Manager shall conform to applicable corporate policies & procedures, uphold ethical standards and exemplify corporate values. Typical Duties:

Keep Safety as the top priority and follow all Nabholz and job specific safety procedures.

Develop and execute operational plans for Business Unit to in accordance with corporate mission and goals and to meet performance expectations established by Operations President.

Develop and monitor annual budgets for operation.

Plan and supervise all aspects of the job including determining methods, processes, manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, temporary power sources, work schedule, and documenting actual hours worked, etc.

Maintain liaison with owner, engineers, project manager, subcontractors, etc. to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc. and comply with drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Maintain productive relationships with our clients.

Assist in resolving project issues and problems (lack of productivity, work sequences, etc.) as required.

Be active in team and morale building throughout all job duties including office personnel and craftsmen.

Manage administrative support functions and more complex tasks including establishing relative priorities of current and anticipated workload, organizing, and conducting assignments according to deadlines.

Provides project management, engineering technical input, leadership, and support to the Project Manager in administering the contract, including review and processing of submittals, invoices, intermediate pay requests, pay estimates, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and change orders.

Direct and Assist the Project Managers with setup and maintenance of the formal project files and project closeout upon completion.

Provides guidance and makes recommendations to the Project Managers regarding interpretation of contract document and the resolution of disputes.

Monitors discipline to installation and project schedules and assists in progress appraisal.

Monitors material procurement and deliveries to ensure timeliness in support of project activities and schedule within the assigned discipline.

Maintains project technical records, supplier data, and other literature pertaining to the project that may be needed long after the project is complete.

Maximize project opportunities.

Identify and research new opportunities.

Make calls to prospective clients and influencers, with continued follow up meetings.

Follow up meetings with repeat clients and influencers.

Safety Sensitive position.

Perform all miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in project management, dealing with difficult situations, client relationships, and leading project teams to deliver superior projects is required.

Strategic business views for business development, client relationships, and business acumen preferred.

Has a strong background in project scope definition and execution planning.

Has a solid understanding of construction methods, industrial process methods, understands timeframes for implementation, and how it affects unit pricing in multiple markets.

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Must have detailed experience in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling.

Detail oriented and well organized.

Demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.

Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Suite applications is a plus.

Ability to work remotely and travel is required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to continuously sit, stand, or walk.

Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift frequently.

Ability to lift up to 5 pounds often and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
