SCOPE AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability goals
  • Appropriately staff and manage center talent and hold entire team accountable
  • Implement and execute of all company strategies, programs, and communications
  • Assure experiential needs of potential and actual clients are exceeded by appropriate team member(s)
  • Advance the Center’s operations by initiating, coordinating, following, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
  • Generate local marketing, lead generation, and staff pipeline
  • Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
  • Increase Center’s Client Retention and Growth
  • Meet or Exceed Total Center Revenue
  • Meet or Exceed Center’s Profitability Goals
  • Meet or Exceed Improve Net Promoter Score (“NPS”)
  • Maintain Highly Engaged Workforce

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least five (5) years of relevant management experience
  • Relevant sales and long-term client relationship experience
  • Experience with profit and loss statements (“P&L”)

KEY COMPETENCIES:
  • Hyper-focused on exceptional client experience
  • Communicate effectively with all persons in the Company
  • Build professional relationships
  • Utilize superior organizational and time management skills
