Account Executive

Overview/Job Description:Saatchi & Saatchi X is seeking a full time Account Executive to join the team ASAP! The Account Executive position supports the account team in development and execution of digital marketing programs from concept through completion ensuring creative is on strategy and meeting client's objectives. Account Executive should have experience in online marketing.  Key Responsibilities:Track progress against tasks for the stories within a workstream Generates timelines, manages project schedules and conducts status meetingsAssists in design of presentations to clientsAssists in the development of consumer insights by conducting research that will be used to develop the creative briefMaintains and updates status reports; schedules conference calls/meetings to discuss status; prepares conference reports Coordinates with Project Management in the collection of assets and updating of project toolsManages the update of internal toolsAssists with generating estimates/quotes (SOW) for all jobs; issues purchase orders; processes retainer and non-retainer billable itemsLiaises with other agencies working with the client to ensure that a holistic creative solution is developed that makes best use of the creative assetsAssists in gathering necessary information from client for the briefing processResponsible for organizing and coordinating all interdepartmental communication; including escalation managementFosters relationships internally with all departments and follow up on project status
