Job Description

Functions / Responsibilities

1. Manages flow of HR-related information into HRIS and related systems, which includes data entry, data integrity, and reporting.

2. Collect and analyze HR leave management data and execute needed actions.

3. Provide analytical support to HR team for analysis (retention, turnover, recruitment), Reward & Benefits, Recruitment, and manage other HR reporting requirements.

4. Work with broader HR team, to provide ad-hoc support for reporting.

5. Manages FMLA and STD processes and procedures including making determinations, managing certifications, and employee communications.

6. Conducts audits, which can include the following areas: benefits leave management, attendance, etc.

7. Develops and delivers training to HR and Manufacturing Leaders, and employees regarding process changes and regulatory notifications, updates or changes.

8. Maintains HR records in accordance with regulatory requirements and retention policy.

9. Works closely with Maintenance business leader on strategic initiatives to include certification, employee relations, labor relations and other applicable areas.

Partner with Mill Learning Leader and other key stakeholders regarding certification and other training processes.

10. Partner with third party vendors to ensure service levels are being met and processes followed.

11. Ability to deliver strong HR support to leaders in a timely and accurate manner

12. Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related subject from a board of regents accredited university.
  • Three years of experience with business systems preferred (HRIS systems such as Ceridian, ADP, SAP, Workday, etc.).
  • 5 years + Experience working within a manufacturing environment in an HR or other applicable role.
  • Technical and/or operations experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience administering leave programs including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and Attendance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
  • PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
