- Vehicle patrols of the client facility
- Interior/exterior foot patrols of client facility
- Logging in semi trucks and other vehicle traffic
- Security video camera monitoring
- At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Arkansas security license or ability to obtain one
- Availability to provide additional shift coverage when needed
- Reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle driving record
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Computer skills

- Stable work history
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
- 1 year of prior supervisory experience in one of the following: security, military, law enforcement, corrections
- 1 year of supervisory experience from another industry
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass an extensive screening process
