We are the Quality Assurance group for the Next Gen Banking organization provide QA resources to each implementation programs.What you will be doing• Preparation of the Test Strategy document for the implementation program• Preparation of the Testing Plan for QA and SIT• Collaboration with the Dev Team and BA team for Quality Assurance purposes• Estimation of QA resources for the program based on the requirements• Allocation QA work items to the entire QA team• Tracking overall QA progress on a daily basis and working with the QA Engineers in the team• Daily and Weekly reporting of QA status to internal and external stakeholders• Anticipating QA issues and creating mitigation plans• Lead daily internal and Client Triage calls• Leading and mentoring Quality Assurance team members within the implementation programWhat you bring• Thorough knowledge and use of process improvement and quality management methods, tools and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software or business operations processes for which the quality program will be focused• Considerable knowledge of the basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC)• Experience leading a Quality Assurance team as a Quality Assurance Manager and delivering a product to the client with most defects identified in internal testing.• Complete command in leading the internal Quality Assurance team members and guiding them through the Preparation Phase, Execution Phase and Closing Phase of a project from a Quality Assurance perspective.• Solid skills in generation accurate Quality Assurance reports from JIRA and other QA tools and highlighting issues and risks and providing mitigation strategiesAdded bonus if you have• Considerable experience in JIRA.
