Cognizant's AI and Analytics practice is seeking a Journey Experience Community Leader to work closely with other Data Sciences and Experience AI Communities along with the Sales Partners to bring the expertise that comes with industry-recognized Customer, Party and Product Journey enablement.

Approximately 25-50 % travel expectations. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Principal Responsibilities:- Serve as the knowledge and intelligence Point-Of-Contact for journey enablement through Customer Data Platform (CDP), Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM), including Data Quality and Data Governance
- Provide the strategy and vision to partner with the Sales Team and also key Client Stakeholders including executives, LOB and Functional Area leaders to identify opportunities to expand and grow portfolio through Cognizant Offerings and Solutions
- Lead and grow a cross-functional and globally matrixed Team for training, upskilling and reskilling
- Provide the approach and solutioning support to Proposals, RFIs, Client Workshops and Proposal defense to the Sales Team leading the Client opportunity
- Accountable for driving revenue growth in Cognizant's AI and Analytics Offerings and Solutions
- Bachelor's degree with 15-20+ years of Professional experience
- Intellectual curiosity that drives exploration in new and emerging technologies.
- Capable of leading and advising internal and external stakeholders as SME on emerging trends within Conversational AI, emotional AI, behavioral biometrics, computer vision, adaptive ML, generative AI, augmented intelligence and embedded intelligence.
- Ability to bring order to complex situations, and keeps a focus on business objectives.
- Cross-Industry Master Data Management (MDM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Product Information Management (PIM), including Data Quality and Governance, experience for leading and advising in Customer, Party and Product journey
