Responsibilities of the Lead QA Engineer: - Create and maintain QA plans
- Manage team doing automated and manual testing of web based applications
- Leverage understanding of the entire software development process
Requirements of the Lead QA Engineer: - Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans, and test design documents
- Experience using data-driven testing to validate results
- Experience using test automation tools
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting issues
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong Java and/or .Net experience
