Support Employee Development: Work closely with the HR team to ensure employees receive proper training, helping them enhance their skills, improve quality, and grow professionally.

Oversee Production Plans: Review production plans and ensure that the workshop follows them accurately, keeping everything on track and running smoothly.

Coordinate Logistics: Bridge the gap between the logistics team and the production floor, making sure supply plans are fulfilled on time to keep operations moving.

Ensure a Safe & Clean Work Environment: Monitor the production site to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace while ensuring that all machines are in top working condition.

Handle Emergencies & Ensure Quality: Respond swiftly to any issues on the workshop floor and take responsibility for meeting production goals, quality standards, and output targets.

Collaborate on Quality & Development: Work hand-in-hand with the Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to support new product development, quality control efforts, and technical innovations.
