Senior Litigation Paralegal

DescriptionOur client, a boutique law firm located in Alameda specializing in ERISA and employee-side benefits, is seeking a senior litigation paralegal. The ideal candidate will be a certified paralegal with 5+ years' federal litigation experience, the ability to draft legal documents from scratch, excellent writing and math computation skills, experience with TOC/TOA, service of process and E-filing, and strong time management skills in order to handle a high volume caseload (100+ cases).
