Our 103,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.The Senior Manager Commercial Operations is responsible for supporting the operational needs of the US commercial organization with respect to coordinating marketing programs and operations as well as compliance operations within the US commercial organization. Additional areas of responsibility include improving and scaling operations no-charge product programs in a compliant way, sample management, sample shipping, , and other provisions. Management and execution of operational improvements concerning compliance, quality, purchasing and regulatory processes are within the scope of this role. This position interacts with the DVP of US Commercial, Channel General Managers as well as the entire US Sales and Marketing organizations.Major Responsibilities:Implementation and administration of the sample accountability process and systems are within scope along with the sample management function. The responsibility for managing the tools associated with sales force compliance and effectiveness along with the administration of supporting systems.This position works closely with Compliance, Information Systems and Sales and Marketing management to support the field based representatives.
