The Scientist/Sr Scientist Cell Line Development is responsible for mammalian cell line development, construct development, cell line characterization and stability testing, single cell cloning, as well as optimization of processes and assays. The Scientist/Sr Scientist possesses knowledge of scientific principals and concepts in fields of cell biology, protein expression, molecular biology, and/or antibody engineering, and has experience with cell culture (specifically CHO cells) including stable and transient transfections, clone screening, small scale bioreactors, and DNA cloning and PCR.
