The successful candidate will pursue sales opportunities and solid leads generated from field service technicians and call centers. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to excel with a leading company, we want to hear from you.Tasks:
Follow-up with current customers to offer established solutions to their plumbing or water problems.
Use an established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to quote repair/replacement options/solutions and close the sale.
Be a trusted informational resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
A valid driver’s license
Strong customer service focus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Plumbing experience is not necessary or required
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality
A Working knowledge of common software programs
Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered
Sales Representatives are paid a weekly salary of $700 during and after training. After training, they are eligible for 5% of total sales after $15,000 in qualified sales and then 2% of total sales after $25,000 in qualified sales.
