Job Title: Security Officer Location: Aliso Viejo, CAEnvironment: Distribution CenterPay Rate: 18.00hr

Shift & Hours: Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm & Monday - Tuesday 5:00pm - 1:30am

GardaWorld Security Services is looking for Security Officers to fulfill different assignments for our clients. Job Responsibilities:
  • Checking trucks in and out of the locations, as well as directing inbound loads to designated lot and door locations
  • Checking employees and guests in and out of buildings
  • Handing out visitor packets
  • Checking that trailer numbers and seal numbers are correct and installing the seal numbers are correct and installing the seal
  • Monitoring refrigeration, fire, and security system panels/systems for alarms and direct alarm incidents to the proper manager for immediate resolution
  • Roving patrols and perimeter walk at client locations
  • Observe and report activities at an assigned site
  • Respond quickly to critical situation
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 50 pounds
  • Other duties as assigned by GardaWorld and client contract requirements
Qualifications:
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
  • A valid California BSIS Guard Card and 8 hours of BSIS training completion is preferred
  • Pass a background screening which includes, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal) and drug test
