- Software Engineer/Devops Engineer
- can 100% remote, but must live in PST Responsibilities
- Integration and migration of existing services, projects, and libraries into CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
- Migration of existing services between two Artifactory instances.
- Perform Python and Java upgrades to existing projects.
- Perform frameworks and library upgrades.
- Collaborating closely with the Developers, Kubernetes Platform Team, and the Release Engineering Team on release process and automation.
- Identifying and diagnosing issues in pipelines of software development teams.
- Contribution to ready-to-use CI/CD pipelines.
- 2-4 years of experience with creating, implementing and executing Software Development Processes.
- Proven knowledge in working with Gitlab CI and QuickBuild or similar Continuous Integration systems.
- Proven knowledge of Artifactory or other artifact repositories.
- Experience with Kubernetes, and helm package manager
- Deep understanding of build systems for applications written in Java and Python.
- Experience developing with Java and Python as programming languages.
- Ability to support engineers with solving problems in their build, test and release pipelines
- Ability to support migration efforts.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Native Infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-First Thinking.
- Experience with GitOps Continuous Deployment model (ArgoCD, FluxCD).
