Job Title: FedRAMP/Security Project Manager Location: Remote Our team of security experts helps design, build, deploy and maintain secure products. We are embedding security in the full spectrum of how we build our products from inception, design, development, testing to how we are running them in the cloud as well as how we are responding to any existing or emerging threats to our products or the building blocks of our products and services. Our job is to be one step ahead of the bad guys and use expertise, technology and other resources to thwart their efforts to compromise our products and the environment in which they operate. Our team keeps a single-minded focus on protecting our customer's data and their investment in our products by strengthening our applications, underlying services and network. Position Overview: You will be responsible for supporting FedRAMP program, working to manage complex interdepartmental technical projects, including planning and budgeting, project control and status reporting, and related troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure completion of assigned project is on schedule and within budget. Interprets project requirements and converts them to program deliverables. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; identifies and communicates project scope and ensures milestones and objectives are met. The ideal candidate needs to thrive on collaboration and be analytical and organized to execute in a fast-paced environment You will collaborate with security professionals on cross-department initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing security team where you will get a chance to work on a high-impact & high-visibility program. Responsibilities: Independently manages complex, technical, and cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies to meet objectives Assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes progress of project Creates large-scale, cross-departmental project roadmaps. Prepares and presents reports for upper management and stakeholders regarding status of project Develop and maintain project plan and schedules. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks Perform critical path analysis, anticipate potential issues, and develop action plans to mitigate risk Monitor strategies, tactics, and procedures to meet changing needs of partners and the business. Gather feedback from partners and maintain the efficient and effective operation of the program by implementing changes as required Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5+ years of project management or similar experience in a tech environment Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally Prior experience in a role which required extensive facilitation and communications to various stakeholders Excellent analytical skills, organizational skills, ingenuity, and ability to work as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Advanced interpersonal skills to effectively promote ideas and collaboration at the various levels of the organization Strong understanding of cloud environments Experience presenting complex projects to diverse audiences Be familiar with common security frameworks like NIST, ISO27000, and COBIT.
