We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager who will coordinate the daily operations of the healthcare team and ensure the quality of care, availability of services, and appropriate staffing. The nurse manager will oversee, manage, and facilitate program implementation and quality initiatives. The role entails making sure that the quality of care provided is top-notch, and that the services are cost-effective and in accordance with the policies of the organization.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience
Two years of clinical experience within the last five years preferably in a home health primary care or healthcare facility
Active California RN license
Active California driver's license
Active BLS certification (required)
PHN certification (preferred)
Active auto insurance
Medicare Home Health experience
Regulatory Survey Preparation experience
Experience in infusion
