Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Journalism and 5+ years of relevant experience in the communications or marketing field.

Expert knowledge of marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, and marketing analytics)

Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the talent to write in an elegant tone and style that meets the expectations of a private membership club.

Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.

Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Must be able to think analytically and strategically.

Capable of working well as part of a team and independently.

Strong multitasker capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.

Familiarity or experience working with CRM software.

Can craft creative and consistent messaging with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Creative thinker and comfortable pushing the envelope of communication with the latest technology, including web and email design.

Thrive on building new relationships and carefully fostering existing ones while working in a team environment.

Well-versed in AP style, grammar, and punctuation.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, videography, and/or photography.

Project management skills and can shape the overall vision of a project with key partners to deliver results.

You are passionate and knowledgeable about the Disney culture and shaping its future.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy aligned with the corporate and brand direction that supports growth strategies in membership sales, engagement, and brand awareness.

Create and manage all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction and merchandise sales goals, including graphic design projects, emails, brochures, website, sales scripts, member services protocols, FAQs, etc.

Track the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, define key performance indicators for each communications channel that will indicate a campaign's level of success, and provide reports.

Identify trends and leverage marketing opportunities within the premium experiences business through print and digital tools and channels.

Partner with Consumer Insights to understand member satisfaction and develop marketing and internal communication campaigns to enhance service.

Manage product photoshoots and assist with styling and merchandising of Club 33-specific products.

Oversee Club 33 photo library and manage archival communication and marketing materials.

Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.

Draft internal communications protocols and procedures.

Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies.

Represent the organization at events.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
