As the Environmental Integration Manager, you will develop plans and implement programs that allow Disneyland Resort (DLR) to track towards and achieve The Walt Disney Company environmental goals. The Environmental Integration Manager will support local strategy development and lead the implementation of multiple environmental programs. You will use your understanding of environmental challenges and solutions, project management, and data to achieve results across the organization, You will focus on reducing our carbon footprint, particularly scope 3 emissions, and inspiring positive environmental action. You will collaborate with leaders across DLR to develop solutions that meet our needs and further our commitment to environmental stewardship.You will report to the Manager of Environmental Initiatives.Responsibilities :Introduce solutions, improve programs that support site decarbonization objectives.

Vision and project manage the implementation of a holistic approach reduce to Scope 3 emissions at DLR.

Introduce solutions that expand low carbon food systems.

Collaborate with operating teams across DLR and influence levels of leadership to implement strategies.

Lead working groups on assigned projects.

Lead research efforts associated with DLR's Scope 3 emissions and guide decision-making to use the results.

Stay up-to-date with industry standards and methodologies.

Develop approach for tracking performance of initiatives to ensure impact.

Basic Qualifications :3+ years' experience in field related to environmental sustainability, food science/culinary, supply chains, or other relevant experience.

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.

Experience managing projects.

Experience establishing professional relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated background in implementing projects in a corporate sustainability role.

Experience with supply chains, particularly related to food systems.

Experience with life cycle assessments or data science.

Required Education :Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
