Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.Test Automation Engineer Exec Advisor is responsible for development and oversight of enterprise test automation strategies and functions ensuring the highest quality delivery of systems including; test strategy framework, technical test leadership, standardized test architecture, and associated methodologies and process architecture, test planning for strategic/complex initiatives, test automation strategy, end to end test strategy, and test environment strategy requirements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Plays a leadership role in the design, development, and implementation of automation components.
Communicates the return on investment and value derived from establishing automation tools, frameworks and methodology.
Mentors staff in testing automation processes. Leads the definition of automation testing standards in line with customer, IT, and industry standards.
Leads establishment current automation architectures as business and technical conditions change.
Communicates to executives the resource and process needs to ensure automation of functional feature, performance and service requirements, components.
Establishes new and improved automation methods to improve overall automation processes and delivery of quality products.
Ensures linkage from conceptual architecture to analysis and design of automation framework.
Understands organizational impacts and trade-offs of automation processes.
Plays a leadership role in managing resources from alternate development centers.
Qualifications Requires BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems; 9+ years of testing automation experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
