SNI Technology has partnered with a client here in the Arcadia area who is seeking a Field Service Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will be an IT generalist with strong electro-mechancial troubleshooting background. The candidate will be computer savvy and comfortable with doing in-person and over the phone troubleshooting.Responsibilities for Field Service Technician- Create reports of the customers they serviced that day
- Follow all of the company's procedures
- Demonstrate how to use the equipment
- Troubleshoot any problems the customers are having
- Meet all of the appointments in a given day
- Respond quickly to customer problems
- Advise customers on the equipment
- Make equipment recommendations to customers
- Computer savvy
- Electro-Mechanical skills
- Great communication skills to work with customers
- Amazing problem solving skills
- A technical degree is preferable
- Ability to diagnose problems with equipment
- Great mechanical aptitude
- Bi-lingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
- Ability to travel up to 50% during the work week
