HR administrator

Looking for someone who can do data entry and has HR back round. The position pays 16/ hour and they are looking to do interviews as soon as possible.This is an ad to the team. This person will be reasonable for the following-Data entry into HRIS system (LOA information)-Logging all COVID leave information in an excel spread sheet including, hours taken, date, names and payouts.-Answer employee questions around COVID sick leave , FMLA leave, Internal Medical Leave.-Must be Bilingual- Spanish (must be fluent, They HR Manager will want to speak with them in Spanish at some point before offering)-Making outbound calls to employees to request documentation (Sick notes, Return to work)-COVID contract tracing.-Coordinate with Employment agencies around return to work notices and sick leave. making follow up calls and requesting documentation.About Aerotek:Your success starts with the right career opportunity.
