DAY SHIFT AND NIGHT SHIFT OPEN: Responsible for the operation of the evaporator.
Accurately monitor all evaporators
Responsible for accurately monitoring all product flows
Monitor steam pressure and steam demands within the processing system
Must maintain high quality of production standard
Work safely and maintain a safe working environment
Monitor and troubleshoot all equipment and machinery
Must generate and maintain all necessary records associated with processing
Immediately report all break downs and emergencies
Work under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines
Must, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior with co-workers, supervisors and management
Must be able to operate a forklift
Follow company policies
Follow safety procedures
Other duties that are reasonably associated with the above functions of the job
Will work in Production (Bracket IX or X depending on employment status) according to seniority number, at that pay rate, when not scheduled in specialty job
Thorough knowledge of evaporators
Thorough knowledge of processing, sterilization, CIP assembling, and disassembling of equipment
Communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to communicate with all levels of management
Must be able to take orders and follow directions
Previous experience preferred
Reliable attendance is an essential function of the job
Forklift Certification within the first six months of hold this position
