Customer Service Rep/ Student Loan Application Processor
United Docu Prep is a document preparation company that provides assistance to individuals in need of student loan relief that are being offered by the Department of Education.
We are hiring immediately for the position of Student Loan Processor.
Position Title: Full-Time customer service/processor
Hours: Full time (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, M-F)
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Training: Provided
The Ideal Candidate:
- Well-spoken, communicates clearly and effectively,
- provides great customer service
- Responsible and reliable
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Motivated
- Have good phone skills
- Have good computer skills
Please keep in mind that the main job description will include calling our pre-existing clients and updating their accounts.
Job Scope:
- Prepare Direct Consolidation applications for clients.
- Completing Welcome Calls (verify information, setting expectations and timeline, and putting the client's mind at ease during the process).
- Collect necessary documents in a timely manner
