Summary of job description
Employee work hours are from 7:30AM to 4:00PM with a 30 minute lunch before the 5th hour
Accounts payable employee will provide financial, administrative and clerical support to Onyx Oil. The role of this employee will be to receive payments, complete invoices and verifying invoices.
Monthly statements sent out to vendors on late invoices.
Email correspondence and phone calls need to be redirected to appropriate personnel’s
Time Keeping and distributing payroll
Maintaining and ordering office supplies (water for employees and make sure break room has adequate snacks )
Greeting employees, vendors and customers upon arrival
Ensuring proper paperwork is attached to invoices I.e. : Jsa’s and charcoal canister along with proper part receipts paperwork.
Booking hotels for employees that are out of town
Light errand running (company vehicle will be provided) I.e.: payroll pick up, mailbox (ups), and possibly assist in drop off and pick up of company vehicles when they are in need of maintenance
Hiring employees- Upon completion of 90 days for new hired employees this position requires to assist in providing new employee with uniform and ensuring they are given within 2 weeks
Employee is responsible for assisting HR and Industrial-Organizational Psychologists when employee is hired/fired or resigns.
