Nationwide promotional events company is seeking 3 new Area Mangers to start immediately! New clients have led us to projects. We are setting up events throughout the city and its surrounding areas. We are in process of hiring 30 new event promotions agents to enroll new customers. We seek new management that can assist us in the setting up and maintaining of events, creating a win - win - win for our client, our customers and our team.
Our new project:
We are proud to market the Lifeline program which gives free phones to qualified consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service brings, including being able to connect to jobs, family and emergency services. Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund.
Some responsibilities may include:
Event set up and management
Equipment management and inventory
Daily equipment consignment and intake
Relationship management, with local retails
Product trainings
Field/compliance audits
Enrollment Agent management
Interviewing new prospects
Overseeing field operations
Experience in these areas is a plus, however, if youre not fully qualified but willing to train we are accepting Management Trainee applicants who are hungry and ambitious. If qualified we'll enroll you in our Management Training Program and allow you to grow with no seniority. Our company believes in developing managers from the ground up.
To qualify, you must have:
18 years or older
One year plus, of management experience for manager positions
Reliable transportation
People and customer service skills
Must be willing to learn all aspects of the role, from the ground up
