Desert Shotcrete is an expanding Tucson, Arizona business. We are a swimming pool construction subcontractor that has been in business over 39 years. We are looking for hard working, responsible, full time experienced swimming pool shotcrete nozzlemen and shotcrete pool finishers.
We are also looking for hard working, responsible, full time crew members to train for these positions

Your per job pay will depend on how many years of experience and skill level
Our experienced finishers earn $65,000 to $100,000 + annually
Our Experienced Nozzlemen/foreman earn +$100,000 + annually
Will offer a relocation assistance and will pay up to 3 months of housing based on your skill level
Year-round work Monday to Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to work on time
Safely operates power equipment and hand tools
Inspects and maintains nozzle(s) and hose(s) to insure proper and safe installation of material(s).
Makes proper repairs as necessary and immediately reports any deficiencies which may present safety or
quality concerns to the supervisor.
Assists Shotcrete crew with placement of plastic to protect area surrounding equipment and work areas.
Assists Shotcrete crew in set up / break down of jobsite tools and equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical knowledge of concrete materials and shotcrete operational procedures.
Self-sufficient and reliable means of transportation to and from work.
Hiring is contingent on successful candidate having a clear MVR.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Participate in a paid trial period for up to 2 weeks.
Bilingual (Spanish & English) language skills is a plus.
A positive, professional attitude.
