A full service law firm that handles family law, criminal defense and personal injury in beautiful San Luis Obispo County in a fully-staffed office in Atascadero, CA is seeking a family law associate who wants to become (or already is!) an amazing family law attorney.
Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years experience in family law and enjoy client interaction and going to court. Solid writing is required as is attention to detail, no need to be a legal wizard in writing or be a human computer, but we are looking for people who care about excelling in both those areas. Excellent people skills and the ability and desire to become an amazing family law attorney are required, this is not negotiable.
Want to sit at your desk, watch the clock and waste your day? Please don't apply, it won't work out. Afraid that perhaps you don't have the Family Law, skills or technical legal knowledge? We can, and have, taught that, but you need to want to be amazing. The ability to originate your own work is nice, but not expected at this position. We have the work, we need another amazing associate to help get our clients the results they need.

Compensation: Compensation is based on experience and ability to take over cases immediately, with competitive salary, moving allowance, benefits and bonuses we absolutely pay for top legal talent. Don't think because this position is located outside a major metropolitan area there is not the ability to earn a substantial salary.
MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN CALIFORNIA.

Salary: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year plus performance bonuses. Medical Insurance provided.
