We are seeking Event Coordinators to actively market seminars that educate real estate agents and offer continuing education benefits.
You will be responsible for setting up seminars with real estate Managers, which our Sales Management team will perform. You will have the full assistance of the Sales and Marketing department to handle PR efforts and make the seminar inviting, and well attended. Your job will entail lots of client engagement so your great personality will be a very utilized asset. You will travel your territory and be fully engaged with the clientele on a daily basis whether it be handing simple customer service items and attending client functions on occasion. Your goal is to increase the market share in your territory, which means more money for you.

Travel throughout the territory to real estate offices and real estate associations for client services, booking management meetings, seminars, educational classes, and social events. Assist upper management with planning and logistics for these special events.
Develop and maintain contact lists for communications and events using Company provided software. Limited data entry including RSVPs and daily client logging.
Coordinate with the Marketing Team to develop and distribute event invitations and sponsorship ads. Submit event requests and accounting information for the department. Coordinate and participate in administrative support for sales and marketing VPs.
Maintain marketing and sales files
This is a field position, driving and traveling are required on a daily basis.
Training courses, strategies, and instruction of planning will be provided by Marketing.
Ability to be comfortable and speak to a group.
Ability to follow direction and willingness to work with a team.
Previous sales or marketing will make the learning curve shorter.
Excellent communication skills with clients, co-workers and management.
Ability to understand Company-based marketing tracking and the willingness to use it.
Good driving record (must provide a printout of driving record)
