Apartment manager

We are seeking to fill a full-time Apartment Manager position. The ideal candidate will be a semi-retired individual aged 40 or above who does not smoke and has demonstrated proficiency in computer applications and filing procedures. Key qualifications are strong customer service, bilingual English and Spanish is a most, light housekeeping skills, and ability to inspect a three-acre property regularly. Applicants should have a record of stable employment and provide professional references from previous employers. A history free from substance abuse is required, and routine drug screenings may be conducted. This position will be available Jan. 1st. 2026.
