We are seeking an office assistant to join our property management team located in Bakersfield.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Assisting with the preparation of notices, including distribution to the residents
- Scanning/uploading
- Filling
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a very big plus
- Reliable vehicle
- Saturday availability
