Description:

We are looking to expand our I.T. department and have an opening for a hard-working system administrator who is passionate about technology and can absorb information. Ideal candidate enjoys working with people and excels at problem solving, with an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Assistance in all aspects of the I.T. department, this includes:

Provide technical support on a team of three to 150 employees in a Windows environment.

Installs, configures, and maintains new end-user hardware, software, and peripherals

Installs, configures, and maintains new or existing servers, software, and operating systems.

Installs, configures, and maintains Polycom phones, Android cell phones, and Skype for Business.

Create in-depth documentation of processes and system configuration.

Monitors, troubleshoots and resolves issues with hardware, software, and networking.

Maintain copiers, faxes, and wide-format plotting equipment

Marketing-related tasks such as updating websites and social networking sites.

Basic programming experience is a plus.

Various other responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Fast learner

Strong documentation and organization

Familiarity with Windows 10, Server 2016, Android

Periodic after hours or weekend work may be required.

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

Relevant IT Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, A+ Network+, Security+, etc.)

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a student in the process of completing the degree.

Azure and Office 365 familiarity

Experience with Hyper-V, Active Directory, Veeam, MDT, Dell, etc.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Photoshop

Compensation & Benefits:
