IEH Laboratories, a Leader in Food Safety, is now accepting applications for the Sample Prep Position - Night Shift position at its facility in Lost Hills, CA.
This position is responsible for the general sample preparation of nut samples in a fast-paced lab setting for analysis. Duties involve mixing, grinding, disposal and record-keeping of samples. General clean-up of area and labware, washing dishes, disposing trash, sample registration, inventory stocking, making methanol solvent, operating grinding equipment, & assisting other areas of the laboratory with sample prep, as needed.
The candidate should possess the following:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Capable of following both written and verbal directions
- Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dusty, noisy and labor intensive setting.
- Be punctual and exhibit excellent attendance
- Able to lift and empty 50 pound bags
The schedule for this position is 8PM - 4:30AM.
