1. Agency Owner Personal Lines: We support the launching of your agency through the highest compensation schedule in the industry, along with marketing, training, and client servicing support. We work with you to build out our proprietary lead generation system.
2. Agency Owner Farm and Commercial Lines: We support the launching of your agency through the highest compensation schedule in the industry (apply for details), along with marketing, training, and client servicing support. We now have the newest and most impressive farming and commercial products to hit the CA market.
3. Life Sales Director: Must have a minimum of 10 years experience. Seeking a full-time, remote, ability to travel within three western states, highly qualified life insurance specialist. Generous benefits package, including $100,000 base salary, up to 25% in additional bonuses, medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending account, matching 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, tuition reimbursement and referral bonuses (apply for details).
4. Insurance Agent: Up to a 3 to 4-month startup $4k financing for insurance training and the startup of your insurance business. Mentoring, marketing, and training under veteran producers and managers. Must be graduated or soon to graduate.
