The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for the direction and oversight of all unit activities including developing a team of independent career agents as well as managing all administrative activities within a given territory. Insurance experience required.
Specific Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed the Bankers sales goal.
Ensure the service needs of local policyholders are met.
Participate as an active, engaged member of Bankers sales leadership team.
Develop and implement sales growth strategy.
Guide your team of independent career agents ensuring sales and growth targets are achieved.
Identify, manage and develop field managers.
Recruiting and development.
