- Support the Project Manager in driving an initiative by performing the following tasks: Monitor and track action items and milestones to ensure on-time delivery; create and maintain project status reports for weekly report outs; support the creation and execution of a communication plan; gather a large amount of information, perform analysis and offer recommendations; set up meetings; create agendas; take meeting minutes and ensure all stakeholders remain informed; establish and maintain a RAID log; create and maintain status reports that track projects overall effort; create and update an executive dashboard; work with key stakeholders to ensure action items/ milestones assigned to them; other duties as deemed necessary.
- Microsoft Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio
- Critical thinking; quick learning; general application savviness, ability to drive to close activities; politically savvy; strong communication skills
