We are focused on cloud-native development to make OIG available on OCI. We are also focused on new generation features like Role Mining and next-generation Identity & Access certification. These new features are planned as a cloud offering. We are also committed to retain our exiting on-premise customer base with new features and critical enhancement.The RoleWe are seeking highly accomplished Java software professionals who can be part of the “Oracle Identity Governance” software development team. If you are self-driven and have a great combination of coding skills, design skills, performance tuning/troubleshooting and communication skills and have been part of large enterprise class software product development teams on Java and Cloud, have worked on development of services deployed on the popular Cloud platforms like Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Amazon Web services or Azure then this position is definitely a fit for you.The role also requires the person to have the ability to innovate, find new solutions, propose technology options, develop, test and be responsible for each and every part of the SDLC. The role will have significant interaction across the product teams such as development, QA, Architecture, Infrastructure and has to ensure end to end performance and scalability of the product throughout the product lifecycle.About the Successful CandidateThe successful candidate is a self-motivated, progressive software professional with around 6-9 years of industry experience who can deal with complex problems without supervision. He/She should have had prior experience building frameworks for Cloud applications. Bachelors or Master’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.Responsibilities

Design and Development of new Identity cloud services based on Java.

Specify, design and implement changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.

Contribute to the architecture, design and development of Presentation and Enterprise tier for Oracle’s next-generation Identity Governance Services.

Work with Java Architects, Development Managers in requirements specification definition and detailed engineering analysis from data requirements perspective

Do design reviews and code reviews for peers and team members

Provide innovative ideas to enhance development process.

Provide support to cloud operation (OPS) for any functional and performance issues.

Provide technical leadership to other software developers.

Experience in identifying and dealing with performance bottlenecks and performance metrics (server response time, throughput, network latency etc.)

Hands on exposure to Java and cloud related technical stack

Owns full responsibility of the module and be the global SME in that area

Preferred Skills:

Ability to write simple code for highly scalable cloud deployments

6-9 years’ of experience in production-quality Java Server and UI programming preferably in Enterprise or Cloud Software product companies.

Strong Experience on Java

Hands on exposure to tech stack like sprint boot, H2, Node.js, Jet 3.0, Redis, Kubertentes, Jetty, Ansible, Docker, JPA

Great problem solving skills

Full life-cycle product development experience

Experience in developing software on UNIX/LINUX

Hands on experience with tool for performance testing, analysis and monitoring tools like LoadRunner, JMeter etc

Has experience in profiling and memory analysis for Java using tools like JProbe, VisualVM, Jprofiler etc

Has extensive experience in JVM related activities like heap dump analysis, garbage collection, caching etc

Other Desirable Skills

Experience with Identity management domain.

Conceptual understanding of GRC

Have the aptitude to experiment and fail fast

Great sense of closure and ownership

Thrive in ambiguity and help bring clarity

Ability to work under pressure and demanding environment

Strong collaborative skills

Strong communication and personal skills

Is familiar with Agile methodology and competent in using tools such as Jira .
