Job Description
is hiring for a Sales & Support Representative to contribute to our team in Berkeley, CA. This position provides sales, marketing, and administrative support to Sales Management and Field Sales Force for all brandsAt Ingram, our publisher-facing business offers more than just traditional wholesale services. It offers fully integrated and relevant solutions for client publishers. Comprised of book printing, digital book, distribution, publishing sales and marketing services, this part of Ingram’s business helps publishers discover more ways to sell content in markets across the globe. Based in the Nashville area, New York, Berkeley and other locations, our teams are collaborative, innovative, dynamic, and passionate about the business.

Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of sales and/or customer service experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year experience creating spreadsheets in MS Excel, including creating basic mathematical formulas and data manipulation.
- Bookselling or retail experience
- Manage Sales Conference planning and execution with Field Sales Manager
- Assist VP Sales and Sales Manager by running sales reports and providing analysis as needed(general but also in advance of IPS, PGW, TR MBDs and seasonal presales meetings)
- Provide basic day-to-day tech and reporting support and assistance to Field Reps
- Create sell sheets / e-Blasts for field focused promotional campaigns and hot publicity updates
- Assist in troubleshooting all Field account retail sales operations
- Analyze Indie Backlist title reporting and identify potential sales to accounts across brands including telesales outreach
- Maintain special Signed Carton orders and special Retail display coop orders on a seasonal basis
