Senior Network Engineer / Infrastructure AdministratorLos Angeles, CA 6 month contract to hire Successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing the operation of network, servers, storage, and systems. Will focus on continuous improvements in security, scalability and reliability. Will work extended hours as required and may participate in 24/7 on-call support. Will report to the VP, IT Infrastructure, and will work with IT-leadership and the project management group, to design and implement new solutions and operate existing IT infrastructure-related solutions for the company. Required Skills:- Bachelor's degree, in CS, MIS or CIS; equivalent related technical experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- At least 6 years of working experience as a Network Engineer or 12 years of progressive experience leading up to the role.
- Extensive knowledge in any enterprise-level network security solution, such as Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAlto, etc.
- Experience in implementing enterprise-wide networks, including routing and switching. (Cisco certification preferred)
- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide Wireless Network Solution.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure Monitoring and Logging solution
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex
- Experience in any cloud solution (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in UCaaS or VoIP solution
- Environment experience: Windows, Linux and Virtualization Solution
