Position: Agile Coach (SPC) Type: ContractLocation: Brea, CA -Remote till pandemic
Experience :- 12+ Years of Experience ( 5 years in agile way of working, within which 3 years as Scrum Master or Coach)
- Key skills – CSM/PSM, SPC ( SAFe Program Consultant) , Jira, Confluence, Structure for Jira, Project Management, Design Thinking
- Experienced in coaching scrum teams and various roles for agile processes and practices adoption and enable agility within team.Must a be a good communicator and should understand well the responsibilities of a Coach and Scrum Master
- Good experience on Project management in Jira / Confluence
- Experienced in transformational coaching of roles and responsibilities ( traditional roles to Agile Roles)
- Must be a people’s persona and knows the challenges in cultural and behavioral transformation in corporates - Agility in mindset and approach
- On job mentoring team to support increasing predictability, faster cycle time, less throughput time ( estimations, WIP, Development engineering practices)
- Should have good understanding of success criteria, agile metrics, Jira reports and dashboards.
- A Facilitator of transformation ( Implementing strategy and execution plan) to promote Agile Adoption at team and Program level
