Job Description: Leads a team responsible for driving performance across Home Loans with emphasis on fulfillment capacity, pipeline management & client experience. Responsible for management routines, strategic planning, optimizing performance, as well as, information protection and business resiliency.
Manages portfolios/programs specific to Consumer and Home Loans change initiatives with significant impact on how the company does business
Partners with Business Controls and Enablement to provide effective procedures and tools to effectively close open issues.
Partners with sales origination, Client Underwriting, and fulfillment leaders to optimize strategies/processes needed to deliver high manufacturing and credit quality and drive execution of initiatives to achieve goals
Responsible for National Fulfillment high-impact strategic initiatives ensuring delivery of business outcomes from portfolio investments
Responsible for budget/expense management and forecasting
Responsible for results delivery, risk management and strategy
Experience:
5+ plus years of program management experience including proven Initiative Portfolio Management abilities.
10+ years relevant experience in roles with increasing responsibilities, preferably within consumer banking
Experience managing large budget (> $50 MM)
Strong experience with managing large diverse programs and projects.
History of effective performance within matrix environment
Applies analytics, data and facts to proactively identify opportunities, priority focus areas, root causes of performance gaps
Qualifications:
Has superior business and financial acumen to identify, quantify and prioritize business needs in a complex environment
Is organizationally savvy; knows how to make connections across geographies, businesses and hierarchies to get things done
Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources.
Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Shapes the opinions and actions of key stakeholders, gaining their trust and commitment to the desired outcome
Detailed knowledge of the policies that govern data
Ability to act consistent with and drive enterprise mandates while balancing intersecting priorities
Ability to utilize process engineering skills to analyze process end-to-end since decisions have significant impact affecting multiple and diverse operations and product lines.
