- Allocation and Maintenance of IT Equipment
- Diagnose Hardware and Software Issues
- Document and Maintain IT Inventory
- Review and Resolve IT Helpdesk Requests
- Prioritize and Escalate Issues as Necessary
- Respond to helpdesk requests in a timely manner
- Ensure all call details and resolutions are entered into ticketing system according to procedure.
- Take ownership of a call, seeing it through to closure, and escalating when necessary to next level of support personnel.
- Onboard new employees
- Provision new equipment
- Troubleshoot computer and peripheral devices
- Network Printer installation / troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot remote meetings issues. (Zoom, etc.)
- Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
- Create documentation for IT department and end users
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical issues remotely over the phone and on-site.
- Other duties as assigned, may not be IT related
- Real world experience with common operating systems
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Provide training and support to end users
- Communicate technical solutions in simple, step by step instructions both written and verbally
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience supporting Mac and Windows operating systems and apps, including website administration.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- General understanding of phone systems and printing environments.
- Knowledgeable within IT security and infrastructure.
