Job Description:Position located on-site in Brea, CALine of Business Description: The role will support the Commercial Card Holder/Card Client Servicing team with Treasury Fulfillment and Servicing.Enterprise Description/Role Overview: Supports high revenue clients who use treasury products and services within a specific industry. Primary contact for the sales team supporting the portfolio. Responsible for the client experience end-to-end by influencing business partners across numerous lines of businesses. Responsible for proactive client engagement to enhance existing relationships while driving client delight. Key Responsibilities:

Proactive client engagement by performing independent analysis of their clients Treasury Services which includes: Scorecards, Documentation Review, Schematics, Analysis Billing, Fraud Prevention, system outages, temperature checks, portfolio reviews, etc.

Works with clients and operations to solve complex escalated problems often gathering information to describe and analyze an issue and developing solutions that are outside standard procedures.

Promote self-service opportunities.

Primary point of contact related to escalations.

Provide back up and support manager to resolve production issues as needed.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

Previous leadership experience required

Side by side coaching ability, inspires confidence, exercises good judgment, able to work as part of a coaching team interacting with associates and leaders of various levels while maintaining reporting relationship with Employee Readiness and partner relationships with team and site leaders

Experienced in training employees on implementation and product knowledge, new products, processes and skills

Proven facilitation skills to onboard new associates with training and tools that increase speed to proficiency

Able to facilitate huddles, conduct proficiency building activities /role plays/simulations, demonstrate tools/process and call/customer interactions in front of small to mid-size groups and remediate individual associates one on one as needed

Previous experience in Customer Driven high volume environment preferred

Desired Skills and Experience

Prior lead team experience is a plus

Experienced in process and Card products with prior subject matter expert (SME) experience (and continued SME participation) desired
