We are seeking an Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Programmer/Analyst. In this role, you should have proficiency in Oracle Field Service and its modules like Scheduling, Routing, Core Manage, Mobility, Resource Management, Activity Management, Capacity Planning, etc. Should have experience working in Project implementation and are able to play role of a techno functional (able to connect technical analysis with functional terms to explain it to user). You will significantly contribute to identifying best-fit solutions for implementation; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high-quality solutions and clearly articulating solutions as part of the discussions with business users and stakeholders at various levels.

Essential Job Functions • Implement and recommend viable Solution approaches that support long term maintainability, extensibility, and interoperability of OFSC with our enterprise applications • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support • Design data flows across the systems, own integrations, and data mappings • Participate in cloud initiatives, projects, enhancements • Participate in gap analysis of functional flows, provide solution designs, and perform demos for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions • Has a very good understanding of implementation life cycles • Review, analyze and evaluate business system and user needs. Recommend, execute plans for implantation along with implementation partner based on business requirements • Build solid working relationships with legacy process service teams, and legacy application functional and technical support resources to define current state processes and data conversion requirements • Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements • Participate in preparation and presentation of updates on projects to management • Lead cutover activities for Pre Go-Live, Go-Live, and Post Go-Live Hypercare periods Knowledge, Skills & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 7 years of Information Technology experience
  • Expertise in Oracle Field Service and its modules like Core Manage, Mobility, Resource Management, Activity Management, Routing, Capacity Planning.
  • Good knowledge on REST APIs and its effective usage for bulk loads, debug, issue resolution
  • Able to independently solution business requirements and recommend industry best practices
  • • Able to lead cross functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions
  • • Experience in solution design and writing functional specifications, functional solution design for technical development • Business process analysis and redesign experience, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, business process redesign and implementation • Oracle Implementation Experience with 1 or more complete cradle to grave implementations of OFSC. • Tool knowledge: MS Project, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word • Strong business background, working knowledge of business in Service Industry • Ability to identify, assess and mitigate relevant risks during project execution • Organized and detail oriented. Effectively produces deliverables.
