Business Consultant (Management Consultant)

For over a decade, Odesus has been the go-to company providing top quality IT consultants.Our client in Burbank, CA is currently seeking a contract Business Consultant to help conduct strategic planning engagements, organization assessments and other general business consulting. 5-7 years of experience and a Big 4 or management consulting background is preferred. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to - Project Management• Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies• Drive adoption and proficiency• Review, document and communicate change management status for the overall program• Liaise with key stakeholders across the organizationCommunication and Support• Develop communication plan and materials• Generate and analyze reportsTraining• Quickly learn recently implemented technologies related to business analytics (retail analytics)• Build a training plan and supporting materials• Utilize a variety of enterprise tools such as Camtasia, Microsoft 365Administrative Support• Manage retailer supplier systems (i.e. submit item shares and follow up with licensee approvals)• Monitor product information submission compliance with category and licensees via proprietary PortalQualifcations • Experience in organizational change management program design and implementation• Excellent writing and oral communication skills• Comfortable with technology implementations at a global organization• Ability to partner with system developers/designers• Familiarity with Salesforce and TableauAlthough remote work is currenty available, candidates will eventually be expected to work onsite in Burbank, CA.
